Integrative Breathwork helps you naturally move into an altered state of consciousness. By making our breathing conscious through an intentional pattern, whatever is deeper in your subconscious that needs your attention can come to the surface to be addressed: you can gently release stuck emotions, clear mental blocks, and unlock a profound sense of inner peace.
